KAZUMA MORINO RETROSPECTIVE.

	I approach my artworks by attempting to create work, not of the fleeting moment, but rather work that will remain fresh for generations to come. I try to use the most basic of shapes, movements, colours and build them up to create a beautiful cluster. The total is what's most interesting to me, parts by themselves have no meaning. When I'm creating computer graphics, I try to ignore such forces as gravity. What I really want to capture is the fantastical, freedom and slightly strange world that can only be created using the art of computer graphics. I am constantly looking for hints into the creative world and I often find that the most un-noticed things are the one's that have the biggest creative bang. I frequently find myself mixing the controllable and the incontrollable unconsciously. And that powerful mix is what I most want to capture in my artworks.


ESPECIAL KANABAN GRAPHICS.

Japanese group working on CG animation under the leadership of Satoshi Tomioka (1972), who worked before for Dream Pictures Studio. They are making CG films displayed on a variety of media, such as on TV programs, commercial films, music videos and computer games. Planning and directing CG animations are also their line. The group consists of 12 freelancers, and most of Kanaban's works have been directed by Tomioka, but at the moment they are also enthusiastic about working on the animation directed by other members. Among the last companies they work for are: TV Asahi music and LSD (Logical Solution &D).
